Successfully getting started with social media

Aimed at independent museums but with relevance to all museums, this guide aims to provide museums currently using social media with some new ideas and for museums not yet talking with their audience through social media yet, this will provide an overview of what’s possible and some suggestions for getting started. There are examples from museums, many of them independents, included throughout this guide.
