In this bitesize online session we will review the Spectrum 5.0 Inventory procedure, exploring the minimum level of information required to ensure accountability for your collection. We will discuss how to prevent documentation problems as well as your own procedure for Inventory, including using and resolving temporary numbers. We will also touch briefly on effective documentation planning for inventory projects, which will be discussed in more detail in session 2. You can read more about the programme here.
Priority for this session will be given to staff and volunteers at Accredited museums, and those working towards, within the North West Museum Development region.
