The Web Accessibility Initiative provides resources on its website and works by developing support materials to help understand and implement web accessibility and developing resources, through international collaboration.
This resource can help museums to develop and use social media, including guides for Twitter and Facebook, Blogs and image sharing, plus a glossary and a further reading list.
This guide aims to provide museums currently using social media with some new ideas and for museums not yet talking with their audience through social media yet, this will provide an overview of what’s possible and some suggestions for getting started.
