When is the Collections Trust 2017 conference? 

The one-day conference is on Thursday 21 September 2017. There will be a pre-conference meet-up the evening before, Wednesday 20 September.

Where is the conference held?

The conference is at The Hospitium, Museum Gardens, York. The Hospitium is approximately a 7 minute walk from York railway station – you can check the route on Google Maps by clicking this link.

What are the timings for the day?

Registration and refreshments begin at 9:30am.

The conference begins at 10:00am and finishes by 5:00pm.

Can you recommend a hotel in York? 

Yes, we can! We will be staying at The Hampton by Hilton in York.

What are you doing the evening before? 

We are having an informal networking dinner at 31 Castlegate Restaurant at 7.30pm.

We would love you to join us and will be in touch to see if you want to reserve a place when we send through your conference ticket. There will be a 3 course set menu costing no more than £20pp (not including drinks or service charge) that we will need to pre-order from.
